The fee for 45 minute individual sessions is $150 and for 1 hour couples/family sessions is $200.  I am not in network for any insurance company.   If you would like to utilize your out of network benefits, you will be provided with the paperwork of your payment that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement, if available.  I would suggest that you contact your carrier ahead of time to confirm your out of network reimbursement coverage.  Getting answers to the following questions may prove helpful:

• Do I have out of network benefits for outpatient mental health services?
  
• Is there a deductible I have to meet and if so what is the amount and have I met it?
  
• What is the reimbursement rate for out patient mental health services?
  
• Is there a limit on the number of sessions a year for which I will be reimbursed?
  
• Is approval required before beginning therapy?
